OUR HISTORY
- 2006 - Founded 5/23/2006 as an import/export trading company providing domestic and international companies the opportunity to import and export telecommunication products to new and existing markets. Result from import/export- Involved in over 500 transaction deals with being one of the largest Motorola phone exporters
- 2008 - Anosh Inc. Entered the Entertainment/Hospitality Market in Houston. Result- 2008- owned first venue.
- 2009 - Owned the biggest concert venue in Houston. That was responsible for over 200 successful concerts.
- 2012 - Established four self pay clinics. Partnered and invested into Medical School
- 2013 - Real estate- Entered the Multifamily market space
- 2014 - Company focused on expansion of medical business with acquiring clinics, laboratory, imaging centers. Company also became the leader in International Medical Education and placement for student rotations.
- 2015 - Made investment in distress hospitals. Anosh Inc owned over 500 multifamily doors. Opportunity presented and re-entered the entertainment and hospitality market.
- 2016 - Anosh Inc had exited from import/export and main focus of business was to invest in distress hospitals/clinics, grow the multifamily portfolio and create a hospitality entertainment brand. Anosh inc had investment in 2700 apartment doors.
- 2017-2021 - Anosh Inc portfolio continued to grow, our focus grew to expansion of medical school and hospital in Panama, Multifamily portfolio has been consistent since 2016 and Anosh inc currently owns a hospitality company with 13 restaurants/clubs with annual sales upwards of 100M. Over 15 years Anosh Inc has invested and proud to show our track record Import Export: Over $150M in transaction since 2006 Hospitality/Entertainment: Over 110,000 guests served and hitting $100M sales in 2020 even with the pandemic Medical: Currently partner in two medical schools, investment in 14 hospitals, 7 clinics, and one surgical center. In 2021 we launched Hearts of Health to provide free healthcare for the underserved. Real Estate- Over the last 15 years Anosh Inc currently owns over 1M sq ft land, over 3200 multifamily apartment units along with several commercial and investment properties including luxury mansions, condos and beachfront homes for rental.
